Your site is backed up before anything is updated. After each update, we check your key pages to make sure they load and look right. If an update breaks something, it's rolled back and we take care of the fix. You get a report after each check, so you always know what changed.

Four times a year on Support+, we look at how your site shows up when people ask ChatGPT, Google's AI answers, and other AI search tools about businesses like yours. We check that AI crawlers can reach your site, that your business details and structured data are clear and consistent, and what these tools currently say about you. You get a short summary with any fixes we recommend. Larger fixes are quoted separately.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing portal. Changes are prorated.
If your traffic or storage consistently goes past what your plan supports, we'll talk with you about moving up a tier. There are no surprise charges.
Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Annual plans can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase or renewal. If you leave, we'll provide you a full backup.
